Bishops' Statement on Support for Pregnant Women: One of the most powerful testimonies to the culture of life is support of pregnant women in need. In the new statement "Set Out in Haste," the Maryland bishops discuss the need to reach out to pregnant women, as well as review recent proposals that target pregnancy resource centers. These centers provide pregnant women with emotional and material support. To learn more about this issue and how you can help, please read the bishops' statement at www.mdcathcon.org.
